Mentoring is a professional relationship in which an experienced person assists another in learning skills or practices that produce a desired outcome. My experiences and studies over the past 15 years have proven that a person can transform their thinking, their physical body, and their emotions from the past or in the present. When a person acknowledges where they are and accepts whatever arises moment by moment, life flows. Freedom and empowerment rise, which allows an individual to create their own destiny. This in turn affects the world positively.
